When we arrive, we’ll do an initial walkthrough with you and if the home's condition is significantly different than what we discussed or we need to make any other changes we’ll give you a call to confirm before we get started.

We also require a final walkthrough at the end of the cleaning. This allows you to review the work and bring up any concerns on the spot so our team can address them immediately.

If you choose not to be present for the final walkthrough, you are acknowledging satisfaction with the completed work as-is and waiving the right to request a re-clean, refund, or file a service complaint after the team has left.
