Pre-Cleaning Instructions
Review the details below to ensure a smooth preparation for your upcoming Moving Clean service!
Be proactive to avoid additional fees, and feel free to reach out to our office with any inquiries.
General
Empty all rooms of personal items and large furniture - Place should be totally Empty!
Ensure accessibility by unlocking rooms
Notify the cleaning team of any specific requirements
Electricity must be available (Don't shut off your power - we need it to clean)!
Kitchen
remove ALL items in the fridge, cabinets, pantry, oven storage drawer, etc.
Bathrooms
Remove all items in the cabinets, drawers, shower, etc.
Flush all toilets and ensure no bodily fluids are present
Bedrooms
Entire Room, Closets, to be completely Empty
Move In / Move Out Checklist: This is the checklist our cleaners will follow to ensure everything is completed to plan. Please confirm you have notified the office of any ‘extras’ you would like ahead of time!
We offer ‘basic’ window cleaning included, which is wiping down interior window glass and window sills. ‘Detailed’ window cleaning is an upgrade and is basic window cleaning + opening the window and cleaning the inside of the jam, charged on a per window basis!
